Fuad Ramses, a caterer by trade, is a psychopathic killer on the loose in suburban Miami. After committing a series of violent sacrifices he flees with various body parts the he includes in his meals so he can perform rituals to bring his Egyptian goddess Ishtar back to life. Police are hard at work searching for this maniacal killer, but will the catch him before his final sacrifice of a wealthy socialite's daughter and the return of Ishtar?
